Vanessa Bennett
Vanessa is an experienced co-production and involvement specialist with expertise in peer research methodology, evaluation, ethics and developing compassionate leadership. She has expertise working with a range of partnering organisations and people, including underrepresented adults and young people on- and offline. She has over 28 years’ experience delivering a broad range of programmes and communications across different sectors.
Dr Nadine Fontaine-Palmer
Nadine is the CEO of Mabadiliko CIC, a South London-based activist and antiracist community organisation. Their work focusses on culturally-sensitive research, community engagement and capacity-building, particularly in amplifying the voices of underrepresented and seldom-heard communities. Nadine is passionate about helping organisations navigate complex change while honouring the humanity of their people, and how this can facilitate inclusive decision-making in health and social care delivery.
Adam Kamenetzky
Adam is a mixed-methods researcher with expertise in social science, health research, science policy, co-design practices, and equitable evaluation. As Mabadiliko CIC’s Associate Director of Research Strategy and Evaluation, Adam oversees delivery of Mabadiliko’s portfolio of community-focussed research and insight projects. He is dedicated to ensuring that all stages of research – from commissioning, design, delivery and communication – are equitable and inclusive.
Simon Wilde
Simon is a communications and public engagement specialist with a background in science, education, health, and research, especially in work requiring inclusive, participatory methods and meaningful stakeholder involvement. Over many years he has led and supported engagement projects that bring together diverse perspectives: from young people’s voices in data consent processes, to co-production approaches in policy and research settings. He helps organisations make decisions that are both evidence-based and grounded in people’s lived realities.
Farrah Nazir
Farrah is an experienced leader in equity, engagement and learning across science, research and social impact. She works with funders, public bodies and community organisations to bring scientific insight and lived experience into decision-making, and to design processes that are inclusive, ethical and purposeful. Her focus is on helping organisations use evidence and learning to navigate complexity and make choices that are fair, grounded and responsive to the people they serve.
